What data we process

This site is a static, editorial website: it does not require an account and has no forms that collect personal data. We process personal data only in these cases:

  • You email or call us: we process the data you provide (name, contact details, request content) to respond.
  • You make a booking through the Amenitiz booking engine: the data required for the booking (name, contact details, stay dates, payment details) is processed by Amenitiz as the booking service provider, under its own privacy policy.
  • If we introduce traffic-analytics tools in the future, we will update this page and the cookie policy before activation.

Legal basis and purpose

Processing data related to contact requests is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received. Processing of booking data is based on the performance of a contract (the booking itself) and is carried out by Amenitiz.

Retention

Emails received are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with applicable legal obligations (e.g. retention of commercial/tax correspondence).

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to viminisrl@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).
